我国公共图书馆服务创新的经验、问题与战略对策——以公共图书馆中层管理者的视角为中心
Experiences Problems and Strategic Countermeasures of Service Innovation of Public Libraries in China——Focusing on the Perspective of Middle-level Managers of Public Libraries
【摘要】 服务创新正在成为我国公共图书馆行业实践的一种"新常态",然而与丰富的创新实践相比,公共图书馆服务创新的学术研究相对薄弱。本文以公共图书馆"中层管理者"为切入点,发现中层管理者对"十三五"时期公共图书馆服务创新的经验认知可以概括为四点:"共享"与"开放"引领服务理念创新;"阅读"与"数字"主导服务内容创新;"总分馆体系"集中呈现体制机制创先;多种"数智"手段共促服务方式创新。通过分析制约公共图书馆服务创新进一步发展的主要因素,文章提出从创新扩散、制度支撑、角色分工、基层创新等方面推进公共图书馆服务创新的战略对策。图5。参考文献24。
【Abstract】 Service innovation is becoming quite ordinary in China.s public librarianship. However compared with the rich innovation practices academic research on service innovation in the field is relatively weak.
