基于服务创新视角的我国省级公共图书馆文化品牌建设研究——面向省级公共图书馆管理者的调查

【摘要】 公共图书馆如何通过服务创新来提升文化品牌建设成效是近年来学界和业界研究和关注的重要议题,本文通过对全国各省级公共图书馆中高级管理人员的调查分析发现,公共图书馆有必要扩展文化品牌以吸引更多用户并为其获取发展资源和提升社会话语权提供助益,而服务创新是提升图书馆文化品牌建设的一个重要突破口。建议从三个方面提升我国省级公共图书馆文化品牌建设:高度重视专业馆藏资源的整合,加强文化品牌推广力度;开展多元文化休闲服务的设计,提升文化品牌影响力感知的用户体验;面向特殊群体提供定制化服务,丰富文化品牌传播的特色要素。表3。参考文献27。

【Abstract】 How public libraries improve the effectiveness of cultural brand construction through service innovation is an important topic studied and concerned by the academic and industry in recent years. Through the investigation and analysis of the middle and senior managers in provincial public libraries in China this paper finds that it is necessary for public libraries to expand cultural brands to attract more users and provide benefits for them to obtain development resources and enhance their social discourse rights service innovation is an important break through to enhance the construction of library cultural brand. To this end this paper suggests firstly attach great importance to the integration of professional collection resources and strengthen the promotion of cultural brands secondly develop multicultural leisure services to enhance the user experience of brand influence perception thirdly provide for special groups customized services to enrich the characteristics of brand influence communication. 3 tabs. 27 refs.
