精益六西格玛工具在发酵工程中的应用

【摘要】 精益六西格玛是基于数据和逻辑思维进行开展的方法论,而发酵工程研究对象是难以捉摸的微生物以及一系列复杂的酶促反应,因此不少专业人士均认为精益六西格玛不适于解决发酵工程问题。笔者对精益六西格玛改进方法论(DMAIC)在发酵工程中的应用过程进行了阐述,表明精益六西格玛对发酵工程的优化和提升亦大有裨益,为精益六西格玛在发酵工程中的应用和发展指明了方向。

【Abstract】 Lean Six Sigma is a methodology based on data and logical thinking. The research objects of fermentation engineering are elusive microorganisms and a series of complex enzymatic reactions. Therefore, many professionals think of that Lean Six Sigma is not suitable for solving fermentation engineering problems. We explained the application of Lean Six Sigma improved methodology(DMAIC) in fermentation engineering. We showed that Lean Six Sigma is also beneficial to the optimization and promotion of fermentation engineering, and pointed out the direction for its application and development of Lean Six Sigma in fermentation engineering.
