电渗析在热电厂反渗透浓水回用中的应用

【摘要】 热电厂化学水虽然主要依靠一级反渗透和二级高压反渗透系统制取,但反渗透会产生一定比例含盐量较高的浓水,回收利用难度大。采用电渗析技术对一级反渗透浓水和二级高压反渗透浓水进行处理回用,结果表明:电渗析处理一级反渗透浓水脱盐率76%~79%,淡水产水率80%,脱盐后的淡水可以作为一级反渗透进水使用;电渗析对二级高压反渗透浓水脱盐率71%~79%,淡水产水率85%~90%,脱盐后的淡水可以作为二级反渗透的进水使用。电渗析技术能明显减少反渗透浓水产生量,提高水资源利用率,为反渗透浓水回用提供重要指导意义。

【Abstract】 Chemical water in thermal power plants is mainly produced by the primary reverse osmosis and secondary high-pressure reverse osmosis systems, but reverse osmosis produces a certain proportion of concentrated water with higher salt concentration, which is difficult to be recycled. The electrodialysis technology is used to treat and reuse the primary reverse osmosis concentrated water and the secondary high pressure reverse osmosis concentrated water. The results show that the primary reverse osmosis concentrated water has a desalination ratio of 76%-79%, and a fresh water production ratio of 80%. The fresh water can be used as the first-level reverse osmosis water; the second-level high-pressure reverse osmosis concentrated water has a desalination ratio of 71%-79%, and the fresh water production ratio is 85%-90%. The desalinated fresh water can be used as the second-stage reverse osmosis inlet water. Electrodialysis technology enables significant decrease of the production of reverse osmosis concentrated water, improvement of the utilization rate of water resources, and supply of important guidance for the reuse of reverse osmosis concentrated water.
