复合材料芯架空导线发展现状及展望

【摘要】 复合材料芯架空导线是性能良好的架空输电线路用导线,综合解决了架空输电领域存在的各项技术瓶颈。分析了目前已发展的数种复合材料芯架空导线的特点,并结合不同复合材料芯架空导线的特点,设计构想了新型聚醚酰亚胺(PEI)基绞合复合材料芯架空导线和铝基碳纤维增强复合材料芯架空导线。但这两种新型复合材料芯架空导线的实现有赖于技术的进一步发展。

【Abstract】 Overhead electrical stranded conductors composite core supported/reinforced are a kind of conductor with good performance for overhead transmission lines,which comprehensively solve various technical bottlenecks in the field of overhead transmission.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of several types of composite core overhead conductors,and combined with the characteristics of different composite core overhead conductors,the new PEI-matrix stranded composite core conductor and aluminum-matrix carbon fiber reinforced composite core conductor are designed and conceived.However,the realization of two new composite core conductors depends on the further development of the technology.
