高压海底电缆铠装铜钢混合焊接关键技术研究

【摘要】 由于铠装材料的限制导致大长度高压海底电缆(海缆)不能满足更高容量的需求,对此减少铠装损耗就显得尤为重要。虽然高压海缆采用铜丝铠装可以大大减少损耗,提升载流量,但整根海缆全部采用铜丝铠装会增加不必要的成本,因此选择在海底段采用钢丝铠装,登陆段采用铜丝铠装,通过铜钢混合焊接工艺来增大容量。介绍了220kV大截面规格高压海缆铠装铜钢混合焊接技术的研究成果。

【Abstract】 Due to the limitation of armored material,the large length and high-voltage submarine cable can not meet the demand of higher capacity,so it is particularly important to reduce the armor loss.Although the loss of high-voltage submarine cable can be greatly reduced and the current carrying capacity can be increased by using copper wire armor,the unnecessary cost will be increased by using copper wire armor for the whole submarine cable.Therefore,steel wire armor is used in submarine section and copper wire armor is used in landing section.The capacity is increased by copper-steel hybrid welding process.The research result of hybrid welding technology of armored copper-steel for 220 kV large-section high-voltage submarine cable is introduced.
