长江流域重庆段饮用水水源地多溴联苯醚的分布

【摘要】 目的了解长江流域重庆段饮用水水源地水源水和沉积物中多溴联苯醚(PBDEs)的污染情况。方法于2018年3—4月,在长江流域重庆段上游、中游和下游共选择20个饮用水水源地,分别采集水源水和表层沉积物,检测31种PBDEs的水平。采用调查问卷收集水源地基本情况。结果水源水中31种PBDEs均未检出。水源地沉积物中31种PBDEs的含量范围为未检出~15.66 ng/g,主要检出同系物为BDE-62、BDE-66和BDE-209。采样点4沉积物中的PBDEs含量最高,达到15.66 ng/g。结论长江流域重庆段饮用水水源地沉积物受到不同程度的PBDEs污染;工业中多溴联苯醚的使用和生活污水的排放是水源地沉积物PBDEs的主要污染来源。

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the contamination of polybrominated diphenyl ethers(PBDEs) in source water and sediments from drinking water sources in the Chongqing section of the Yangtze River Basin. Methods A total of 20 drinking water sources were selected in the upper,middle and lower reaches of Chongqing section of the Yangtze River Basin from March to April 2018,the source water and surface sediment samples were collected respectively and the levels of 31 PBDEs were determined. Questionnaires was used to collect basic information of water sources. Results A total of 31 PBDEs were not detected in source water. The total concentrations of PBDEs ranged from the levels lower than detection limits to 15.66 ng/g in sediments of water source. The homologues were dominated by BDE-62,BDE-66 and BDE-209. The content of PBDEs was the highest in sampling site 4,reached 15.66 ng/g. Conclusion The sediments of drinking water sources in the Chongqing Section of the Yangtze River Basin are contaminated by PBDEs in a degree;The use of PBDEs in industry and the discharge of domestic sewage are the main sources of PBDEs contamination in water source sediments.
