我国部分区域典型持久性有机污染物的污染现状

【摘要】 持久性有机污染物(persistent organic pollutants,POPs)是一类具有高毒性、亲脂性、蓄积性和半挥发性等特点的物质,能够在多种环境介质如大气、水体、土壤、生物体中长期存在,并且通过生物富集作用,在人体内逐渐蓄积,最终对人类健康造成严重威胁。长江三角洲与珠江三角洲区域是我国最大的电子垃圾拆解地区,而电子垃圾中存在多种POPs,对从事电子垃圾拆解行业的职业人群以及当地居民可能造成较高水平的POPs暴露。笔者主要对这两个区域一些经典POPs[如多氯代二苯对二噁英和多氯代二苯并呋喃(polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and dibenzofurans,PCDD/Fs)、多氯联苯(Polychlorinated biphenyls,PCBs)及多溴联苯醚(polybrominated diphenyl ethers,PBDEs)等]的污染状况进行了综述,并与全国及全球水平进行比较,以期对该区域POPs的污染状况有较为全面的认识与理解,从而为后续POPs的毒性效应研究及污染治理提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 The persistent organic pollutants(POPs) are a sort of substances with lipophicity,accumulation,semi-volatility and high toxicity,which can be existed in a variety of environmental medium such as air,water,soil and organism,also can gradually be accumulated in body through biological enrichment,and finally cause a great threat to human health. The Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta are the biggest electronic wastes recycling sites in China,and E-wastes contain varieties of POPs,which may cause a high level of POPs exposure to the occupational groups of electronic waste disassembly and local residents. In this paper,the main pollution status of some persistent organic pollutants(polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and polychlorinated dibenzofurans,polychlorinated biphenyls and polybrominated diphenyl ethers,etc) in two areas were reviewed,and based on the comparison with national and the worldwide level,comprehensive understanding of pollution status in the two areas were produced,thus the theory basis for the research on toxicity mechanism and pollution control was provided.
