无锡市区中学初中流动儿童心理健康现状研究

【摘要】 目的:调查进城务工人员初中阶段的随迁子女即流动儿童的心理健康现状。方法:收集无锡市区一公办初中1~3年级中566名流动儿童(流动儿童组)与458名同年级城市户籍初中生(对照组)的一般人口学及家庭情况资料,采用中学生心理健康评定量表(MSSMHS)对入组者进行心理健康状况调查;以MSSMHS的总均分或各因子分≥2.00为心理健康问题分界值,对结果进行分析。结果:流动儿童组MSSMHS总均分及其中强迫、偏执、人际关系紧张与敏感、抑郁、焦虑、适应不良、心理不平衡因子分显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);心理健康问题检出率(39.57%)显著高于对照组(33.62%)(χ~2=6.42,P<0.05)。流动儿童组中,女生MSSMHS中的敌对、抑郁、焦虑因子分显著高于男生(P均<0.05);年级间MSSMHS总均分及学习压力、适应不良、情绪不平衡因子分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);均为低年级评分明显低于高年级。结论:流动儿童心理健康水平低于非流动儿童,并随年级升高而下降;其中女生的心理健康问题更明显。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the mental health status of migrant children of migrant workers in junior high school. Method:The general demographic and family information of 566 migrant children(migrant children group) and 458 city registered residence junior middle school students(control group) in the grade 1-3 of a public junior high school in Wuxi were collected.The mental health status of the two groups was investigated by Mental Health Rating Scale for Middle School Students(MSSMHS).The total score of MSSMHS or the scores of each factor ≥2 was a cut off point of mental health problems, and the results were analyzed. Results:The total score of MSSMHS and the factor scores of compulsion, paranoia, interpersonal tension and sensitivity, depression, anxiety, maladjustment and psychological imbalance in the migrant children group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01);the detection rate of mental health problems in the migrant children group(39.57%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(33.62%)(χ~2=6.42,P<0.05).In the migrant children group, the MSSMHS scores of hostility, depression and anxiety in female students were significantly higher than those in male students(all P<0.05).The total average score of MSSMHS and the scores of learning pressure, maladjustment and emotional imbalance were significantly different between grades(P<0.05 or P<0.01) and the scores of lower grades were significantly lower than those of higher grades. Conclusion:The mental health level of migrant children is lower than that of city registered residence children, which decreases with the increase of grade and it is more serious in female students.
