嘌呤能2X7受体与抑郁症的相关研究进展

【摘要】 抑郁症(major depression disorder, MDD)在全球疾病负担榜单中占据前位,严重影响MDD患者的健康和生活质量。近年来MDD机制研究对神经免疫炎症比较关注,临床研究发现MDD患者循环血多种炎症因子的表达上调,嘌呤能2X7受体(Purinergic 2X7 receptor, P2X7R)激活是调控这些炎症因子的上游信号之一;遗传学研究也证实P2X7R的单个苷酸多态性与心境障碍密切相关。因此,本文综述P2X7R与MDD的相关研究进展,以期为探索MDD发生的神经免疫机制提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 Major depression disorder(MDD) occupies the top of the global disease burden list, which seriously affects the health and quality of life of MDD patients.Recently, the neuro-immune inflammation in the mechanism of MDD has attracted a lot attention.Clinical studies have found the increased expression levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines in circulating blood of MDD patients.The activation of purinergic 2 X7 receptor(P2 X7 R) is one of the upstream signals regulating these pro-inflammatory cytokines.Genetic studies have also confirmed that the single nucleotide polymorphism of P2 X7 R is closely related to mood disorders.Therefore, this paper reviews the research progress of P2 X7 R and MDD, hoping to provide a theoretical basis for exploring the neuro-immune mechanism of MDD.
