弗氏盐法脱除制革废水中氯离子影响因素分析

【摘要】 工业废水中含有较高的氯化物,如未治理直接排入自然环境中,将会破坏水资源以及自然生态平衡。采用弗氏盐法处理氯离子含量为10475 ppm的制革废水,研究反应温度、反应时间、钙氯比、铝氯比对脱氯效果的影响。结果表明,钙氯比为10∶1,铝氯比为4∶1时,控制反应温度为30℃,反应时间为3 h,此时弗氏盐Ca2AlCl(OH)6稳定性最高,脱氯率达到最大,为97.84%,废液中残留的氯离子浓度为226 ppm。此外,弗氏盐法脱除氯离子时,应尽量避免出现因形成Ca3Al2(OH)12而降低脱氯效果的问题。

【Abstract】 Industrial wastewater contains high levels of chloride, which will destroy water resources and the natural ecological balance if directly discharged into the natural environment without treatment. The Friedel’s salt method was used to remove the tanning wastewater with a chloride ion content of 10475 ppm, and the effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, calcium-chlorine ratio and aluminum-chlorine ratio on the dechlorination effect were studied. The results showed that when the reaction temperature was 30℃, the reaction time was 3 h, the calcium-chlorine ratio was 10∶1 and the aluminum-chlorine ratio was 4∶1, the Friedel’s salt Ca2AlCl(OH)6 had the highest stability,and the dechlorination rate reached the maximum value of 97.84%. Plus, the residual chloride ion concentration in the waste liquid was 226 ppm. In addition, the formation of Ca3Al2(OH)12 will reduce the dechlorination effect.
