皮革及其制品中三氯生的测定

【摘要】 以乙醇为萃取溶剂,采用超声萃取技术提取皮革及其制品中的三氯生,提取液经固相萃取柱净化后进行超高效液相色谱/三重四极杆串联质谱测定,外标法定量,从而建立了1个皮革及其制品中三氯生含量的液质联用分析方法。该方法的定量下限为0.1 mg/kg,在3个不同加标浓度水平下,平均加标回收率为81.94%~94.89%,相对标准偏差为3.93%~11.73%。该方法简单快速,灵敏度高,定量下限低,满足相关法规的限量要求,可完全满足皮革及其制品中三氯生含量日常检测工作的需要。

【Abstract】 An effective method was established to determine the content of triclosan in leather and leather products using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography/triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry technique. Triclosan in leather and leather products was ultrasonically extracted using ethanol as the extraction solvent. The extract was then purified by solid phase extraction(SPE) column,followed by the analysis of ultra-high performance liquid chromatography/triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry. The concentration of triclosan was calibrated by the external standard method. The limit of quantification(LOQ) was 0.1 mg/kg. The blank samples were spiked at three different concentration levels. The spiked average recoveries changed from 81.94% to 94.89% while the relative standard deviation(RSD) changed from 3.93% to 11.73%. The proposed method was simple, rapid,and sensitive. The limit of quantification(LOQ) was rather low and could meet the limitation requirements of relevant regulation, meeting completely the demand on routine analysis of triclosan in leather and leather products.
