波长色散型X射线荧光光谱法测定进出口皮革制品中重金属含量

【摘要】 本文研究并建立了波长色散X射线荧光光谱法(WDXRF)直接快速测定皮革制品中铅、镉、铬、汞、砷含量的分析方法,并考察了方法的检测精密度和准确度。实验结果表明,各元素相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)在1.86%~6.21%之间,铅、汞、砷的检测限均小于0.2 mg/kg,镉、铬的检测限小于0.5 mg/kg。并同湿法消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)的检测结果进行比较,两种测试方法的结果不存在显著性差异,基本上能够满足皮革制品铅、镉、铬、汞、砷元素同时快速分析的要求。

【Abstract】 A direct and quick determination method of Pb, Cd, Cr, Hg and As in leather products samples by wavelength dispersion X-ray fluorescence spectrometry was established. The precision and accuracy of the method were also investigated. The results showed that the relative standard deviations(RSD, n=11) of testing elements were between 1.86% and 6.21%. The limits of detection for Pb, Hg,As were all less than 0.2 mg/kg, the limits of detection for Cd, Cr were all less than 0.5 mg/kg. By taking the results of inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES) method as reference, there was no significant difference between the two methods. The methods is suitable for simultaneous and rapid determination of heavy metal Pb, Cd, Cr, Hg and As in leather products.
