基于逆向工程技术的青年男体立裁头台研制
Development of young male’s head mannequin based on reverse engineering technology
【摘要】 为了满足面具、口罩等面部防护用品的设计需要,采用逆向工程技术研制出3个号型的青年男体立裁头台。根据手工测量的210名青年男性的头面部尺寸数据,将青年男性的头面部轮廓划分为S、M、L 3个号型。采用三维激光扫描仪获取各个号型中间体志愿者的头面部点云数据,利用Geomagic Studio软件构建出头部模型,利用泡沫雕刻技术制作出实体模型,并用针织面料进行包覆,设计并装配不同类型的底座,完成3个号型立裁头台的制作。产品方便立裁操作,尺寸精准,适用范围广,可用于头面部服饰用品的研发及展示。
【Abstract】 In order to meet the design needs of facial protective equipment such as masks and respirators,3 types of young male’s draping head mannequin were developed by reverse engineering technology.Based on the head and face dimensional data of 210 young men measured manually,their head and face profiles were divided into three sizes:S,M and L.Three dimensional laser scanner was used to obtain the head and face cloud data of intermediate volunteers of various sizes.The head model was built by using Geomagic Studio software,and the solid model was made by using foam carving technology and coated by knitted cloth.Different types of pedestals were designed and assembled to complete the manufacture of three types of draping head mannequin.Being convenient for draping operation,accurate size and wide application range,the product can be used for R & D and display of the head and face clothing products.
