【摘要】 河南境内目前现存的古代衙署建筑有南阳府署、内乡县衙、密县县署、叶县县署等,这些建筑保存较为完好,具有历史悠久、代表性强、资源丰富、层级完整、辐射力强、影响深远的特征。其建筑形态、楹联内容等,均反映了较为丰富的传统法律文化内涵,其息讼、教化、亲民思想显示充分,体现出古代社会行政与司法的融和统一以及家国同构的行政思想。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,the existing ancient government offices in Henan include Nanyang government office,Neixiang County Office,Mi County Office and Ye County Office.These buildings are well preserved and have the characteristics of long history,strong representativeness,rich resources,complete hierarchy,strong radiation and far-reaching influence.The architectural form of the buildings and the contents of the couplets all reflect the rich connotation of traditional legal culture.The thoughts of litigation,education and being close to people are fully displayed,reflecting the integration and unity of administration and justice in ancient society and the administrative thought of isomorphism between family and country.更多还原
